As established by the Mexican Electronic Commerce Standard, once you have purchased the product of your choice, you may cancel it within five natural days after receiving the product without any justification, provided that the product has not been used. The product must be kept in its original condition as delivered (including accessories, packaging, bags, among others). Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase and payment within the specified time frame (5 natural days). This refund will be processed only if the product is in perfect condition.

Once your cancellation has been validated, you will need to return the product using a prepaid shipping label provided by BLANCOS PILESO. After verifying that the product meets the conditions stated in the first paragraph of this section, we will proceed with the refund via bank transfer.
