At BLANCOS PILESO, we have partnered with a Fulfillment company to deliver our products quickly and at the lowest cost. For this purpose, we have an agreement with the company named SKYDROP, to whom we will transfer your personal data, including your name, address, and contact number, solely for the purpose of delivering your product as soon as possible. Therefore, we suggest that you review SKYDROP's privacy policies to understand how they handle your information and to exercise your ARCO rights if you deem it necessary. Please understand that despite our considerable efforts to have nationwide coverage in Mexico, there may be areas where it is not possible to deliver the product. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the sale due to our inability to make the delivery.


At BLANCOS PILESO, we highly value your purchase, and therefore, shipping our products is completely free of charge.


Our orders are processed within 72 hours after payment is validated and reconciled in our system. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Fridays and/or on holidays will be processed on the next business day, with an estimated delivery date of approximately 6 business days.


It is important to note that the above conditions do not apply in cases of overload in the courier service we use or if the geographic area does not allow delivery within 72 hours. In such situations, delivery may take up to 15 business days, and BLANCOS PILESO will not assume any responsibility in this regard.
